Recently, the academic journal of Confucius Studies was recognized as an outstanding achievement of  Shandong social science theory in 2022 and obtained financial support. At this point, it is  for the second year in a row that Confucius Studies has won the honor and gained the support.

　　Confucius Studies emerged as a professional academic journal dedicated to the publication of research findings on Confucianism and excellent traditional Chinese culture. It was founded in March, 1986, mainly in the charge of  Publicity Department Of Shandong Provincial CPC Committee and was managed by China Confucius Foundation. Up to now, Confucius Studies has remained as(up to now用于完成时态） a bimonthly. Over the years, at home and abroad, the journal has been highly and widely praised by all walks of life for its high quality,  standard and taste.

　　So far, Confucius Studies has been listed as a national core journal. The articles published, whose rate of being copied and quoted  gets ahead of other competing journals nationwide, have been reprinted by the XinHua Digest, the Chinese Social Science Digest, the Information center of Social Sciences , RUC and so on. The Statistical Analysis System for Literature Evaluation of Chinese Academic Journals shows that it is in Asia, Europe and Oceania that the articles of Confucius Studies have been most frequently downloaded and constantly viewed.
